Philips surround speakers hanger cover plate for standard electrical boxes 503

I hung two small Philips surround speakers on the wall in a straightforward manner, concealing the wire. To do this, I simply used a cover plate from an electrical box (size 503) that featured a hook and a cable route. The 3mm-thick plate was designed to support not-so-heavy small plastic speakers that came with my old HTR5224/12 7.1 Audio/video receiver system. The hook is sized just right, allowing the speaker to tilt slightly downwards due to its own weight.
