Philips Sonicare Stand

Philips Sonicare Stand

The Sonicare stand is specifically designed to accommodate a shared handle and two toothbrush heads. Made from PLA, the bottom features strategically placed spaces for two Stainless Steel Nuts (M12 or 1/2") to enhance stability. I chose to use 4 minute two-part epoxy to secure the nuts in place. For added convenience, I also installed rubber feet on my stand so it won't slide around the bathroom counter. Two distinct symbols are engraved on top of the stand, allowing users to easily identify which head belongs to whom. I've made available the 123Design file for anyone interested in customizing the design. One possible modification could be adding extra height to the stand, then closing off the bottom and creating voids for the nuts. To make this work, you would need to pause the printer and carefully drop the nuts into place before continuing with the top print.
