Philips Sarista Bean Funnel Stirrer Axle

Philips Sarista Bean Funnel Stirrer Axle

prusaprinters

This is a replacement for the standard axle of the bean stirrer in a Sarista bean funnel. The original one "expires" after about one and a half funnels of beans. When you replace that one with this, the bean funnel can be refilled forever. To replace the axle (assuming you have already created some kind of opening at the top to make refilling possible) Remove the bottom plate (the part with the opening that exposes the lock-icon) by inserting a flathead screwdriver between the rim of the funnel and the edge of the bottom plate. The plate is very flexible, but will come off with some effort. Insert a small philips-head screwdriver through the opening at the top and push down on the center of the original axle while supporting the underside on both sides of the rotating part in the middle. This will also take some effort. Replace the old axle with the new one and use needle nose pliers to push down on the stirrer from the top. Open up the pliers a bit and place the tips on both sides of the opening at the top of the stirrer. Push the new axle up and it will click in place. Reattach the bottom plate. Be sure that it has snapped back in place on both the insde and outside. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm layer height Infill: 20% Category: Replacement Parts
