Philips Saeco Minuto Cappucino Milk Jug Pipe
thingiverse
The tubing that connects to the milk jar dispenser head on my Philips Saeco Minuto snapped, so I spent a couple of minutes designing this part as a replacement. Note that the part I made differs from the original in several key ways. Firstly, it has a rim in the middle to prevent the tubing from slipping too far and to stop the pipe from going too far into the dispensing head. Secondly, the outer diameter is increased so that the walls of the pipe are 1.2mm instead of 1.0mm. My printer's nozzle size is 0.4mm, and I wanted multiple layers of that for the wall thickness, which ended up being three in this case. This isn't a direct replacement part, but it works perfectly. I'm not sure about the increased interior area of the tube and food safety. We're rinsing the pipe and tubing regularly and thoroughly. Now I can enjoy my coffee and cappuccino again!
