This is a holder for a Philips Norelco shaver / groomer. It comes with a lot of attachments, but just a bag that holds them all, so you have to dig through and find the one you need. The larger guards & blade are across the back, with the fade combs, then normal combs short to long from left to right. The front row has the body combs, then eyebrow comb, then beard combs short to long from left to right. See pics for layout.
