This is a 3-gang light switch cover that's been modified from a design found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3325635. Initially, it was a two-gang wall switch cover that has been merged with the styles of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3118789 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2925467. The plates are attached to the tray using adhesive, and I'm hoping this design will be useful for someone else as well.
