This bumper activates limit switches on a Philips X-ray table with precision. A broken original is clearly visible, contrasted by a newly created silver counterpart designed in FreeCAD and expertly printed on a delta printer. To ensure seamless integration, the printed part was carefully placed into the X-ray unit. Print settings were optimized for high-quality results: rafts were not used to prevent warping, while supports were strategically added to provide stability during printing. The resolution of 150 microns enabled intricate details, and an infill percentage of 30% provided the perfect balance between strength and weight.
