The head cover sold by Philips is elegant but does not last long and is too easy to remove. Mine looks much more rustic, but it does a much better job. I printed it in natural (colorless) PLA. This design is relaxed fit. You can obtain a slightly tighter fit with a 2D diagonal resizing of the part to 99% of the original size (parallel to the bottom, without changing the height of the part). Or to 98 % for an even tighter fit. Further reduction would not fit anymore.
