Philadelphia Eagles Superbowl Plaque

I wanted to put my lackluster 3D skills to use by creating a plaque commemorating the Philadelphia Eagles' Super Bowl Win. So, I sat down and started designing it. I opted for a 290mm diameter circle and laid out all the details in Tinkercad. The base plate is 1.5mm tall, while the green layer stands at 1mm high, followed by 1mm black, then 1mm grey, 1mm white, and finally 1.5mm grey on top. This allowed me to incorporate the words "Green" and the Philly Special play, as well as a fully colored Eagles logo. I printed it on my dependable CR-10s, which boasts a 300x300x400mm build area. I used S3D to slice each layer where color changes occur, saving the G-code files and printing them one at a time on top of each other. The total print time came in at 9 hours, while the estimated material cost was $2.50. The final product weighs 153g. I've uploaded the .gcode files I created to make it easy for others to print different colors. Simply load up one file at a time, starting with layer 1 and ending with layer 6. Layer 1: White Layer 2: Midnight Green Layer 3: Black Layer 4: Grey/Silver Layer 5: White Layer 6: Grey/Silver Enjoy and please share your feedback!
