Philadelphia Eagles Necklace

The cost of Philadelphia Eagles' merchandise is skyrocketing as they make their way to the Super Bowl! Why pay 300% more on Amazon when you can print your own? I printed these items on five different printers, each with nozzles ranging from 0.4 to 0.6 mm. These parts are extremely easy to print and I highly recommend using a 0.15 mm layer height for the spacer and football beads, as well as the clasps. For the rest of the parts, you can use any layer height you like since all the side walls are vertical. A higher infill will give the beads more weight, causing them to droop down on the neck better. If you want a shorter necklace, 60% infill might be a better option, while a longer necklace could look better with lighter beads at 25% infill. My boys used regular string from the craft store, also known as "Embroidery Floss." You can find it on Amazon here: https://www.amazon.com/Premium-Rainbow-Color-Embroidery-Floss/dp/B016HUI756/. We used a paperclip to feed the string through the beads since they are longer than normal beads. The EaglesClasp.stl is thinner and easier for kids to use, while EaglesClasp2.stl is more robust but will be harder to clasp/unclasp. If your necklace is big enough to take off over your head, I recommend using v2. The Letter beads come in two versions. Version 2 has the string hole higher up on the bead so it hangs more, while Version 1 has the hole closer to the center for a different look but can cause the beads to flip around more easily. The Eagles bead is a remix of this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1778737. The others were drawn by me in TinkerCAD or OnShape. Go Eagles!
