This is a SUPERB design! I wanted to utilize some parts I already had, so I decided to just use the base and add "V" rollers and bearings instead of 3D printing the wheels. The result runs extremely smooth and I'll never have to make another one again. After printing mine, I realized the optional mounting holes were in an awkward position, so I also moved those holes closer together so that you can screw it out with the rollers attached. Video HERE: https://youtu.be/9WDdDuQLIIY I printed these on my Makerbot Thing-O-Matic (yes, I still have it after 4 years and it still works). I wanted two sets for my new Dual Extruder 3D printer that I am preparing to build next - the GEEETech I3 Pro C. The bases have a little weight to them so they are sturdy and don't slide around.
