PHEETZ - Insole Gait Analysis
thingiverse
This is a cutting-edge 3D model of an insole that incorporates force sensors for precise gait analysis. After printing, the insole was carefully re-heated to 60 degrees Celsius to flexibly bend the stress relief feature perpendicular to its surface. My primary objective is to develop a comprehensive insole pressure distribution system capable of collecting valuable gait data. This data will serve as crucial input for refining the 3D model of a shoe that will be expertly crafted using selective laser sintering (SLS) technology. Feel free to share your thoughts or suggestions! **Print Settings:** * Printer Brand: Ultimaker * Printer Model: Ultimaker 2 * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.2 mm **Important Notes:** When printing this part, ensure it is solid in nature due to its thickness of 1.2mm. To achieve the desired solidity, we recommend setting the top and bottom layer count accordingly.
