Phasma Quicksilver Baton Short.
thingiverse
So I'm crafting a Phasma Cosplay and I've tracked down the amor, but the elusive baton aka spear proves hard to find. No worries, I take matters into my own hands and create one myself. It's not quite ready for 3D printing just yet - it's a tad too big at 12.25 inches or 311mm tall for most printers to handle. Don't worry, I'm working on that. To bring this design to life, you'll need to print two parts. I've added two holes at the bottom of each piece that should fit a 1-inch finishing nail cut in half perfectly. This will serve as both a guide pin and provide some much-needed support when they're glued into place. I've cleverly split the design into two separate pieces so it can be printed on most standard printers. The use of cut-in-half finishing nails also helps to keep things simple and secure. Keep in mind that this is still a work in progress, but I'm aiming for almost exact screen accuracy. When I have more time, I'll revisit this project and make the necessary adjustments to achieve perfection.
