Phased Plasma Rifle in the 40 Watt Range (Terminator)

Edit 6/12/17. I was informed by Jace that this rifle is too massive, measuring 1050 mm in length but needing to be scaled down to a mere 635 mm. To achieve the correct dimensions, the rifle should be printed at a precise scale of 60.5%. This Plasma Rifle was crafted specifically for my Thingiverse friend Jace, whose T-800 Terminator model required an authentic, deadly sidearm.
