Phase diagram for water. In the attached photo, gas (steam) is red, liquid (water) is blue, and solid (ice) is orange. The evaporation transition is brown, and the sublimation transition is light blue. The supercritical region is green. The freezing transition is unusual for water since the density decreases. The model is large, scale down as needed for your print bed. I started with NIST Webbook data and was initially only making a graphic, so wasn't concerned with the size.
