First of all, credit goes to the author Mizukii for allowing me to post this remix. I've posted it because someone asked for my files. I modified the original model in several areas using Zbrush to thicken up parts that were too thin when printed. For instance, the elbow guards didn't quite touch the forearms. Also, areas like the ankle and knees needed some reinforcement. It doesn't detract from the model but adds strength where it's needed. I made this decision after printing the legs from the source model and they broke at the ankle and knees. Additionally, using Google images, I assembled the wing pieces in Zbrush (Dynamesh and Decimation Master) to create a single printable object that combines both wings. Also, I put the wings in place at the back of the torso in Zbrush and performed a Boolean subtraction to leave neat slots for gluing the printed wing assembly into the printed torso. It's a tight fit so it may require some sanding or filing depending on your printer's performance. I also assembled the Overwatch and Pharah nameplates, circular pedestal, and stand in Zbrush (Dynamesh and Decimation Master) to create a watertight part that can be printed in one pass without gluing. At 100% scale, the total figurine height is approximately 210 mm. EDIT February 14th, 2018: I re-uploaded the files because I messed up the scale. They should be good now.
