Pharah from Overwatch stands at over 16 cm tall, with an 8 cm diameter base that should easily scale up. This highly detailed model was crafted using Source Filmmaker assets pulled into Blender, then expertly rigged and posed for optimal 3D printing results. I've provided both the full Pharah model and a version split at her waist, recommending a print of Pharah_Upper, Pharah_Lower, and Pharah_Tips instead of Pharah_Full due to its untested nature and potential difficulty even with good support. The base featuring the Overwatch logo will work seamlessly with either configuration.
