This is a custom compass holder I crafted to fit perfectly onto Erwingla's ingenious landing gear design found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:393103. I was thoroughly impressed by the landing gear, but unfortunately, it didn't offer a suitable spot for attaching my trusty compass. So, I took matters into my own hands and created this specialized holder to secure the compass in place. It appears to be working flawlessly so far, which is great news for me! The Wanhao Duplicator i3 v2 printer with PETG filament and 75% infill settings proved to be a winning combination - you could probably get away with less infill, but why settle for anything less?
