Phantom 4 2-piece motor guards

I looked at the existing designs for motor guards for the Phantom 4. I wanted something that would be a snug fit, so it wouldn't come off accidentally, but that wouldn't be likely to scratch the motors. I also wanted to be able to print without supports. Some of the designs I found looked good, but they didn't quite do what I wanted. To fill the snug / non-scratching requirement, I decided to go with TPU. Because I wanted something with a bit of contour both for aesthetics - instead of just a plain tube - and to try to reduce print time and filament use. I designed it with a smaller tube to cover the propeller mount. But that meant I'd have to print with supports. I never find that that works very well with TPU. So, that meant printing as two parts. Then, I figured I could print the part that protects the prop mount in a harder plastic - PLA is perfect for this. The basis of the design is pretty simple - some rounded cylinders and a cone to get the snap-together fitment for the two parts. Played around with solid and 'hole' versions of the parts. For some cases, the diameter of the larger part may be a bit too big. If there are a few requests, I may be able to remix it to trim about a mm or two from the outside diameter.
