I stumbled upon LordReserei's expansion slot cover on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4141302, but when I checked it out, it asked me to add magnets. So, I downloaded the model, made a few tweaks by reducing the size of the slots for the screws to fit the thumb screws that came with my case, and now there's no need for magnets - you can use the original parts as is.
