Phaetus Dragonfly BMS Adaptor for BondTech DDX V3
thingiverse
This is an adaptor for the Phaetus Dragonfly BMS (and might also work for the HIC), which you can attach to the Bondtech DDX v3. I bought the Phaetus Dragonfly BMS for my Ender 6, eventually i wanted to convert my bowden extruder to a direct one. So i found the DDX v3. The DDX v3 has adaptor parts specifically for the stock hotend or the Mosquito/Slice En., but i didnt want to spend more money on one of those hotends when i already have a good one, so i designed this one. For me this adaptor has worked great and the hotend sits secured in the extruder. I did had to cut a bit off the extruder, in the Interference analyse picture you can see that the hotend is... well interfering. (i know not the clearest pic, but you can kinda see where you have to cut ;p). and in the end you won't see those cuts anyways (TESTFIT: so you know where to cut). This adaptor might also work for the HIC, if not then i'll try to design it for you. Parts List: - 2x M3x16 ButtonHead, you can use the 2 screws from the cable mount that you'd need to remove. - 2x M3 rings (Optional) Also when mounting the whole extruder, check if the extruder is really flat against the mount.
