Introducing the PG35L Delta Micro Extruder, designed for mounting under the Effector. An updated 3mm STL has been added, enhancing drive gear bearing support. Download by date provided. For Hobbed Drive Gears, Bearings, MendelMax Kits, Printed Parts, Filament, and Electronics, visit http://www.ultibots.com. The NEW PG35Ls are in stock and not surplus. Also available is an untested 3mm E3D version. As for installation, you'll need the following hardware: M3x30 bolts and M3 jam nuts (x2) for the idler; M3x25 bolts and M3 jam nuts (x2) for the motor mount; 624ZZ bearings (x2) for internal body; 624ZZ bearing (x1) for the idler; M4x20 bolts, M4 jam nuts (x1), and M4 washers (x2) for the idler bearing; M4-20 bolts, M4 jam nuts (x2), and M4 washers (x2) for internal bearings; and M4-10 bolts, M4 jam nuts (x2) to secure to the x-carriage. Don't forget to remove and drill out the support layers on the idler and body.
