PG35L-048 Gear puller (may work or not)

thingiverse

To remove a gear from a motor shaft, I initially attempted to print a tool for the purpose (having vaguely recalled seeing one but couldn't locate it). However, this method didn't prove successful. Instead, I opted for hammering an M4 screw into place while securely holding the shaft in a vice. Unfortunately, this attempt also failed. As of 01/06/2012, there may be a chance that the tool now works effectively. Kindly share your experience after trying it out and let us know if it was successful or if further improvements are required. Remember to document your learning process!
