This is a replacement faucet handle flange for Pfister bathroom faucet. Original flange was damaged when I removed the seized handle due to corrosion on metal handle threads. Company didn't have a replacement part so designed and printed this one. Faucet is part number F548-GDKK: Pfister Grandeur 2-Handle 4" Centerset Bathroom Faucet. This might work with other models though.
