Pfaff 262 Motor coupler
thingiverse
My motor coupler for my Pfaff 262 broke. Replacement part is available, but expensive (40$ ebay or 10$ from China). Enough of the coupling was left to model it after the original. Printed in PETG, no supports. .28 layer height for my .4 nozzle. Little cleanup around the edges. Snapped into place. Go slow as the original part is likely Teflon. This has some flex from its material properties. PETG, PLA and ABS don't. Any deviations will be fed into your motor and can damage the driveshaft. I wouldn't be too worried about the sewing machine itself. That's built for the ages.
