If I were to re-do this, I'd use a cylinder as the foundation rather than a sphere. However, the tab that inserts into the slot of the Pex cutter fits tight enough and is deep enough to prevent tipping.

I made several prints before I got the tubing guide to make a good fit with the tubing, but still ended up using a drill bit to manually clear a couple of spots that interfered with a smooth insertion.

I printed this on an Anycubic Vyper in PLA using my default settings:

215C extruder

60C bed

.2mm layers

25% cubic infill

In my slicer (Cura 4.12.1) I rotated the model so that the tubing guide (cylinder) was vertical, then added default tree supports to hold things up during print. The supports were a pain to remove, so it wouldn't hurt to look for better support settings.

This is my first ever design. The zip file includes the FreeCAD file, some photots, and the AMF file (which I tend to use instead of STL and most slicers should be able to use it).
