This RAR archive contains various formats of a detailed exterior model with simple interior. In 3ds Max 2011, you'll find models with V-Ray and mental ray materials, as well as ones with basic standard materials. Preview images showcase studio and outdoor renders, including lighting and render setup. However, note that Photoshop was used to adjust contrast, brightness, saturation, and a macro file is included for post-production. All models have mesh smooth applied (1 or 2 for renders) and are divided into layers. The .obj format offers low to medium poly versions exported with or without mesh smooth, while .lwo, .xsi, and .c4d formats include non-collapsed models suitable for editing. Simple materials are provided, but textures may need manual addition. Lastly, the FBX and 3DS formats come with mesh smooth applied for easy rendering. The polycount is 310,000 without mesh smooth in MAX and OBJ formats, while collapsing reduces it to 2.1 million faces/1 million polygons in FBX, 3DS, and OBJ formats.
