Peugeot Heating Arm

I wanted to swap out the three busted light bulbs in my son's Peugeot 206+. When I took down the system, the rigid stainless steel cable that controlled the temperature of the heating got in the way and snapped the regulation arm at its end. So I attempted to fix it with some metal and glue on the broken part. However, when I tried to put it back in the car, the small retaining piece broke off again. That's why I decided to reverse-engineer the component using Fusion 360.
