This is a redesigned armrest locker/clips for the Peugeot 308/408. The original versions wear out after several years of use, but they can't be purchased separately from the armrest itself.\r\n\r\nI've broken down the design into two separate components: locking pins and the locker assembly.\r\n\r\nTo print the pins effectively, it's best to orient them vertically. This will result in robust locking pins that provide reliable performance. I print mine using ABS plastic.\r\n\r\nThe locker is optimized for printing with TPU-GF30 material. This particular plastic offers superior durability and is the only option that can withstand heavy use. While ABS/PETG may seem like suitable alternatives, they won't last as long. Nylon could potentially work too, but I haven't experimented with it.\r\n\r\nI print the locker with a 100% infill to ensure maximum strength and stability.\r\n\r\nTo assemble the locker/clips, you'll need to glue the two components together carefully.\r\n\r\nInstallation requires some finesse as well. You'll need to insert the part into the rail and use a screwdriver or similar tool to pry it into place securely.
