I just modified this quickly for the petsfang V2 on ender5. I have not printed this myself so use at own risk... if you have printed this, please share a photo or let me know whats not fitting so that I can make modifications. Update 11/8/2020 I updated the design to make it easier to print lying flat down. Also included a version where the BLtouch is one piece to the mount thus making it more consistent. If you want to lower the BLtouch... just use some small washers to stack it down.
