I have no idea what difference the airflow from a 40x40 fan makes compared to that of a 5015 fan, but I'm sure some brilliant mind out there will be able to enlighten us. You can still use this duct if you don't have a 5015 fan. This design is versatile and can be used on both single and dual 5015 Petsfang ducts. The fan locations are carefully planned so they won't interfere with any printer parts during printing. To build this duct, you'll need: - Two M4 x10+mm bolts. - Two M4 nuts. - Four M3 x10 or 15mm bolts (10mm bolts may be a bit short and risk stripping the thread, but will work if handled carefully). This design offers several benefits when it comes to supports. When printed on the fan surface (which is recommended), you only need supports for the support legs. If your slicer allows it, select "supports from bed surface" and add "Support Blockers" for the center upwards and for the 2 support leg holes. This will save time and filament by eliminating unnecessary supports.
