It's time to publish it. I've managed to change the dpetsel Titan Direct Drive for the E3DV6 hot end to create a Swappable hotend adapter created by Properprinting. You need to have a shorter lever but it works perfectly. For the mounting system I've used this one to have a BLTouch attached to it. For cables I've used my own system to make them swappable. Will upload it when it's final enough. Will add more photos to it in non printing state.
