It was crucial to silence the noise emanating from my Ender 3's hotend fan. I crafted a straightforward yet efficient shroud that redirects sound away from the fan while keeping it cool enough for optimal performance. To get the best results, print this shroud in any orientation and add supports to your 40mm fan bridge. The part should slide smoothly over the fan. My tests have shown no signs of air blockage around the fan, making it a highly effective solution.
