A straightforward adapter for the Petsfang or any comparable fan duct that fits a 40mm fan is designed to fit 60mm fans including the Noctua 60mm fan. If you are planning on installing a Noctua fan, it's highly recommended to wire it and the mainboard cooling fan in series. This ensures your mainboard cooling fan stays on at all times, preventing your mainboard from getting fried during prolonged print initial layers, and the Noctua receives the 12v power it requires. Made from PLA, this adapter is safely positioned away from the heater block, preventing any risk of melting or softening the plastic.
