Petsfang Chimera Volcano for Tronxy x5sa 2020

This is a remix from the "Petsfang for E3D Chimera & Cyclops fits Cr10 and Tevo Tornado" to work on the tronxy x5sa-400 2020 version. It will probably also work on the plain x5sa from 2020, and may work on other printers that share the same carriage plate. It may also work with regular heat blocks, but I designed it for and tested it with volcano blocks. There is a shorter fan duct available in the original design for regular size blocks, I have not copied it here. This has been tested with a chimera clone with volcano heat blocks. In particular I used a chimera that has the heatbreak mounting screws on the back. If you use one that has the side heatbreak mounting screws, you may encounter problems not limited to there being access holes in the mount for only one side. If you have the original plastic idlers, this remix will not work without some small changes. The xlimit and xlimit switch mount will likely need to be moved by a few mm. Source has been provided if you want to alter it, otherwise if you don't mind doing some test prints, send me a message. I don't want to release without testing, and I'm not taking this machine apart again. :) If you have a different bed sensor, it's possible that you might find a mount that works for you in the "petsfang v2" thing. I modified this model to use the right side mounts on the left, so if you mirror one of the other mounts, it might just work for you. I have made every effort to retain full bed print area for both nozzles, and have achieved that on the x axis, but you will lose around 5-10mm on the y axis for both nozzles. Full z height should also be maintained. This is not a simple upgrade, you should have various lengths of 3mm socket screws, many nuts, season with lock washers to taste, and one 5mm screw and nut for the x-limit relocate tower. Some 5mm washers or a spacer may be required for the top bolt on the carriage. You should also review the instructions for the original petsfang chimera, I'm not going to duplicate that here. Highly suggested order of assembly, this will also be easier if you take the bottom wheel assembly off the carriage, but it's not required. 1. Insert nuts into all pockets, make sure they are lined up properly. 2. Attach fan duct to main assembly loosely. 3. Attach x limit switch to switch mount and attach to main assembly. Take care to use short screws to attach the switch and longer screws will interfere with fan duct range of motion. 4. Loosely mount the inductive sensor on the sensor mount, but do not attach to assembly. 5. Attach main assembly to carriage with 4 screws. Two holes in the carriage are threaded, two are not. Make sure to screw the two lower mount points first before fastening the upper ones. 6. Attach chimera to main assembly, reversed. 7. Adjust fan level, tighten screws. Use instructions in original petsfang design for alignment. 8. Attach inductive sensor mount to assembly. 9. Raise the bed to touch the nozzles. Put the square 2mm jig under the inductive sensor and tighten the sensor in place. This will give you a 2mm gap on the z-axis. 10. Make sure you like how the heatbreaks are mounted and install the fans. Full remix design has been provided in freecad. I used freecad 0.19 for this remix.
