Petsfang Blokhead - 4020 Hotend Fan

This is a modification to the excellent Petsfang Blokhead Duct to suit the Ender 3. Like many others I run a larger 4020 Hotend fan, unfortunately the original Blokhead does not have enough room between the fan and the duct for the thicker hotend fan. I have been careful to only just add enough space for the fan and airflow, to reduce the offset load on the system. To check I haven't messed up the excellent design I did a quick water test and the results were impressive, a depression right below the nozzle.
