I have the Microswiss Direct Drive / Hotend combo on my CR-10S. https://store.micro-swiss.com/products/micro-swiss-direct-drive-extruder. The Petsfang didn't fit on my printer so I modified the base to allow it to fit. I haven't modified the duct yet so I needed to file it a bit and mount it tilted forward slightly so the direct drive motor shafter doesn't rub on it.
