Human: Natural. Petroglyph J1, Khatm Al Melaha, Kalba, Sharjah. One Nubian Ibex. Neolithic or earlier. These are common motifs in southern Arabia, Oman, and the UAE. [Fossati 2019 Messages from the Past: Rock Art of the Al-Hajar Mountains (Oman)]. Over 175 stones with petroglyphs were meticulously documented and nearly 400 distinct motifs were painstakingly identified. Every rock bearing a glyph was assigned a unique ID number and pinpointed on the map using GPS coordinates. In total, an astonishing 25,455 terrestrial photographs, 5,244 drone photographs, 44 drone videos, and 182 precise GPS points (+/- 1cm) were captured in just one day. Reality Capture
