[Fossati 2019 Messages from the Past: Rock Art of the Al-Hajar Mountains (Oman)].\nKhatm Al Melaha stands as a prized archaeological site on Oman Sea's coast near Kalba in Sharjah, UAE - one of the country's largest rock art repositories.\n175 stones with petroglyphs were meticulously documented and nearly 400 motifs carefully identified. Each rock bearing a glyph was assigned an ID number and GPS coordinate. In a single day, 25,455 terrestrial photos, 5,244 drone shots, 44 drone videos, and 182 precise GPS points (+/- 1cm) were captured.\nPetroglyphs were skillfully analyzed using Radiance Scaling in Meshlab, materials lighting in Substance Painter, and varied conditions in Sketchfab. Certain carvings remained invisible until employing these techniques. Drawings were only made when a line could be clearly identified through one of these methods.\nReality Capture
