Natural Version. Petroglyph G13 Khatm Al Melaha, Kalba, Sharjah - A Mysterious Bull-like Creature Unveiled. Khatm Al Melaha is an extraordinary archaeological site situated on the coast of the Oman Sea near Kalba in Sharjah, UAE. This spectacular location boasts one of the largest rock art sites in the country. The site features numerous stone houses, a shell midden, and stone tombs that date back to various occupations from at least the early Holocene period up to the 19th century. A total of 175 stones with petroglyphs were meticulously documented, and close to 400 distinctive motifs were identified. Each rock with a glyph was assigned an ID number and a precise GPS coordinate for easy reference. In a remarkable feat, over 25455 terrestrial photographs, 5244 drone photographs, 44 drone videos, and 182 GPS points (accurate within +/- 1cm) were captured in just one day using advanced Reality Capture technology.
