Dating back to the Neolithic period, around 5th-4th Millennium BCE [Fossati 2019 Messages from the Past: Rock Art of the Al-Hajar Mountains (Oman)].\nKhatm Al Melaha stands as a significant archaeological site on the Oman Sea coast near Kalba in Sharjah, UAE. This expansive rock art site is among the largest in the UAE, boasting stone houses, a shell midden, stone tombs, and other features that attest to prolonged occupations from early Holocene times to the 19th century.\nA thorough examination of over 175 stones with petroglyphs has uncovered nearly 400 distinct motifs. Each rock bearing glyphs was assigned an ID number and GPS coordinate for precise documentation. A total of 25,455 terrestrial photographs, 5,244 drone photographs, 44 drone videos, and 182 GPS points (with a margin of error at +/- 1cm) were captured in a single day.\nAll data was meticulously processed using Reality Capture and DStretch software.
