This design is for a metal dish holder for the Petlibro PLAF004 automatic pet feeder. It came with a plastic bowl which apparently can, over time, lead to "chin acne" (their newer models now have a metal insert). Use the metal bowl as an alignment guide and be careful not to add any glue to the locking arms so they can move freely. In my experiments, the top piece isn't really required for a good fit and in hindsight, I should probably have simply covered it with a piece of sheet metal for ease of cleaning. Included the whole thing anyway to give people more options.
