There are two differently sized towers, one with eight temperature sections and one with six temperature sections. Each of these temperature sections is seven millimeters tall. The temperature changes for layers are five degrees Celsius for the 220-245 range and five degrees Celsius for the 220-255 range. Temperature changes occur immediately after the bridges are finished in the G-code, which has been edited to include temp changes. All settings are also included in the project folders. Sliced with PrusaSlicer, this design tests your printer's ability to print thin words without any layers on any side, showcasing its "floating" capability. Dimensions of the design: The base plate is 16 millimeters by 51 millimeters by one millimeter thick. The towers are spaced twenty millimeters apart. The wall thickness of the thick portion of the towers is two millimeters. Thick portions of the tower are five millimeters tall, while thin portions are two millimeters tall and offset one millimeter from the thick portions. The bridge is one millimeter thick, with 45-degree chamfers on top. Left Tower: Tower dimensions are ten millimeters by ten millimeters. There's a sixty-degree overhang on the left side of the tower, three millimeters from the tower at the tip of the overhang. A 45-degree chamfer is located on the bridge side of the tower. The hole diameter on the back is three millimeters. Right Tower: Tower dimensions are ten millimeters by fifteen millimeters to the edge of the arc portion. A filet is present on the bridge side of the tower, measuring three millimeters in width. Slits on the back of the tower are half a millimeter and one millimeter wide. The arc diameter on the right side of the tower measures ten millimeters outside and six millimeters inside. Temperature changes occur at the following layer heights for the four towers: PETG 226-236 * At 0.5 millimeters, the temperature is 236 degrees Celsius. * At 8.3 millimeters, the temperature is 234 degrees Celsius. * At 15.3 millimeters, the temperature is 232 degrees Celsius. * At 22.3 millimeters, the temperature is 230 degrees Celsius. * At 29.3 millimeters, the temperature is 228 degrees Celsius. * At 36.3 millimeters, the temperature is 226 degrees Celsius. PETG 224-238 * At 0.5 millimeters, the temperature is 238 degrees Celsius. * At 8.3 millimeters, the temperature is 236 degrees Celsius. * At 15.3 millimeters, the temperature is 234 degrees Celsius. * At 22.3 millimeters, the temperature is 232 degrees Celsius. * At 29.3 millimeters, the temperature is 230 degrees Celsius. * At 36.3 millimeters, the temperature is 228 degrees Celsius. * At 43.3 millimeters, the temperature is 226 degrees Celsius. * At 50.3 millimeters, the temperature is 224 degrees Celsius.
