The specific options used were: rocker for both 1st and 2nd plates, no holes on the bottom of either plate; no 3rd or 4th plates, with no bottom holes for them; no bottom holes for the 4th plate as well; only one hole at the bottom of the 1st plate; rocker for the 5th plate; and finally, the size of all plates is 0 while the width is 2.
