Pet Waterbottle Drip Tray

This is a drip tray designed for easy installation on the side of the cage, specifically created for water bottles prone to dripping. We developed and utilized these trays for our ferrets and guinea pigs to prevent excessive cage cleaning. The initial design was a standard tray but proved difficult to clean, prompting us to create a significantly sloped tray surface. This modification has greatly improved cleaning convenience and encourages the animals to thoroughly drain the tray before moving on to the water bottle, minimizing its water-holding capacity requirements. I utilized #6 1/2" sheet metal screws for assembly. Considering my relatively new experience with fabrication, please keep this in mind when reviewing my notes. The item was printed using PLA, and due to extensive contact between plastic and cage bottom, a brim was applied to minimize warping potential.
