We misplaced three of the four the brackets that clamp onto the pen panels so that they can connect to the wall brackets. I duplicated the originals in a format that can print without supports. It interfaces smoothly with the existing wall brackets. One added item is a hold through the center, I use this for a zip tie to provide extra holding power because my dog is a maniac. The clamps print upside down without supports of any kind. I printed in PLA, overall infill of 70%. However, in prusa slicer I added a cube modifier over the bottom ¾ of the angled support under the “ear” that would otherwise be floating and set infill there to 15% since it is non-structural.
