PET mini-shredder

Version 2 of this mini-shredder, inspired by Takashi Utsumi's "Mini-filetador," features wider blades (18mm wide, 0.5mm thick) with a cutting edge length of 100mm. The original design had some wear issues, so Version 2 incorporates an aluminum L-profile for better durability. The dimensions for the aluminum profile are provided in the .scad file, and a template part is included to help with production. To assemble, print the parts named "GRASP" and "TEMPLATE," attach the blade between the short and long screws, secure it with washers and nuts, and then affix the "GRASP" part with washers and nuts. When using the shredder, cut off the bottom of PET bottles with a conventional knife before pulling the PET ribbon through the channels, starting with the widest one. Be cautious when handling knives and plastic edges, and practice makes perfect when mastering this tool!
