Simple design, print both long side facing up. No need for supports. Print the outer shell in the stickiest and softest TPU or TPE you have, and print the inner with something hard. I used PETG. I removed a corner from the inner shell so that it fits inside the softer outer shell without any issues. Washable, scrubbable, removes pet hair when you rub it against it. Although the performance in which it does so is probably relative to the stickiness of the outer material.
