I took the base T-tube and auger from what I found on Thingiverse, then designed a hopper/dish combo that should work perfectly for me. It's designed to use a powerful 28BYJ-48 motor, which will be controlled by an Arduino Nano once it arrives. The construction relies heavily on M3 threaded inserts.
