I was inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1340450, but it lacks the flexibility I need and doesn't provide access to its OpenSCAD source code. This version offers customization options, features two protective rings like a standard PET bottle - with the option to disable them separately - and includes a textured grip strip at the bottom that can be disabled by setting its height to zero. The code incorporates adapted snippets from polyScrewThread_r1 (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8796) and knurledFinishLib_v2 (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:31122).
